Fretta! Fretta! Fretta!

Hurry! Hurry! Hurry!

Guys—we’re so close! The lease started on Monday and since then me and the staff have been busy renovating and getting things ready for the big day. We’re ripping out and replacing floors, installing waterproof baseboards, bringing in new equipment, and giving everything a fresh coat of paint.

Here are the guys (from left to right), Oscar Ilardi, Luka Zuro, Robert Ilardi, and Filippo Ruggieri removing the old vinyl from the chef’s room. Giovanni Militello (not pictured) is helping paint the dining room downstairs.

I can’t wait for you to come and see the renovations in person. You won’t even recognize the place! Everything else is coming along very well too. It won’t be long before you see Italian lights glowing with the stars in the courtyard and smell pizza and simmering pasta cooking in the kitchen. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it…

It's me (left) and Filipo (right) ripping up the old floors. We're going to be installing a brand new floor in the kitchen an the chef's room upstairs.

Even though we’re not yet open, please feel free to stop by and pick up a business card from the welcome table out front and cheer the guys on as they get everything ready for you.

Please also don’t forget to tell everyone to sign up for the Orofino email newsletter. Only people who subscribe before August 10 will get free stuff opening week! Have a look at all the goodies at this link here.

A presto!
